My speeds have dropped to a miserly Upload 0.37MBS Download 0.14MBS. Paying for 2MBS. Sky have written offering a cheaper,faster service. I decided to switch and called for a MAC code. After being passed on from one person to another he eventually agreed to send my MAC code but made it clear he was not happy- not that he offered a better service or price.
8 weeks on. No MAC code. What do I do now? I feel because I have been a customer for years Orange are happy to bank my money while they spend all their efforts on attacting new customers because I can't do anything about it.

ISP's should give your MAC within 3-5 working days (I think). How many times have you rang Orange re. this ?
And if you really want to migrate to another ISP, try 02 (instead of BT).
