I have and pay for a 2Mb broadband connection although it has never operated at that speed. The best i can achieve is about 1Mb despite my local exchange being capable of significantly more than 2Mb. I have emailed Orange about the problem (over a month ago) and have not had any reply from them. This is dreadful customer service but I am at a loss of what to do next other than cancel my connection

Any othe ideas?
