i was conned into an 18 month contract for £24 after they told me i could have it for 18 if i took a mobile contract out and then soon as i registered mobile they dtold me i wasnt in an ornage area now theyve sent me a letter saying my paymenst will go up to £32 a month because BT have put prices up and its still not an Orange area .can they do this? i still got over 12 month left on contract

This is a change in contract terms so you have the choice to accept the change or cancel the contract.

I understand it's possible to get a MAC code free of charge and free of any cancellation charges.

You need to speak with retentions....they're UK based
