I have registered for broadband, and havent yet recieved my livebox, just wondering do you get your username & password with the equipment. because i wasnt given anything like that when i registered over the phone.
P.s. they said they couldnt deliver the livebox to my work address did anyone else expierence delivery problems i.e. not been in when it arrives.
Usually when you register they ask you for what password you'd like, unless that's changed now. Also they let you pick an email address which you can work the the username out from.
You should get a letter with the details, not certain if thats with the Livebox or seperate.
If you're not there when it arrives then parcelforce should leave a card to let you know. Then you can arrange to pick it up or for it to be redelivered.
