Hi there,i can tell you now that Orange are updating there gear in the exchanges cause i amhaving trouble with my speed after most of this week been on the phone they rang me back today and told me this
That is what is proberbly happing,they are testing your line out to see what's best for it with the new update's on there hardware!!!!
My livebox @ light keeps going off and then reconnects with no pattern to it.
I have reset the box, checked all my cables, plugget in direct to the <a href="http://btbb.at/theside?LID=21">BT</a> master socket, but still repeated dropped connections.
Last time I had this a couple of years ago it took loads of calls to get a new box.
Can anyone give me a number for Orange that wont make me go through all the rediculous reinstall crap??

Similar thing happened to me. All I said to Orange (to get a replacement Box) was to tell them that the Box was not working at all even though 'part' of it was; sometimes all the lights came on, sometimes only one; at other times it kept going off completely.
I knew Orange would give instructions step by step and I wasn't prepared to go through all that nonsense (even though I did all that beforehand). So the easiest way to get a replacement was to tell them that there was no power whatsoever. Got a new LiveBox within a matter of days and everything's working fine now.
