Hi i could realy do with some help...
I have just purchased a new HP G60-215EM Laptop running 32bit Vista and have tried to connect it up to my wanadoo livebox however it keeps coming up that it cannot connect.
When I try to diagnose the problem is unknown. I have turned off the firewall, anti virus and updates on the laptop and have pressed the pairing button on the live box as you are supposed to. I have also changed the setting to WEP only and also tried WPA and still nothing worked.
I couldn’t think of anything else to do so I changed the network to unsecured to see if that would work and still nothing. Dose anybody know how I can get this laptop up to the livebox?
Well, think you're having similar problem to what I recently had. I tried everything but in the end rang up Orange and they told us to change the channel number in the Livebox Configuration pages and it seems to have worked.
