Took advantage of the 'free' broadband offer with relevant monthly package.
Decided to change to VF after my 18 month contract renewal came up, had no problems getting my PAC to port my existing number across.
Spoke to CS in order to query what would happen to the free broadband, they informed that they would send a contract out (before my mobile contract expired) and also informed me of the cost.
The broadband only contract hadn't arrived when the mobile contract ended but the broadband was still being supplied.
This has been the case since March 2008 (with broadband still being supplied) and I've still not received the contract or any monthly bills, the old monthly DD was cancelled at the time of the phone contract end.
It would be nice to think I've been getting free broadband for the past year or so, but I'm now looking to get a full Sky package, incl phone and broadband, in order to do this I'll need the MAC code from Orange.
I'm pretty sure that as soon as they realise I've not been billed for the broadband, all kinds of threats will come out.
Does anyone know where I stand in all this? It would be good to get an idea as to my rights before I speak to them.

In this instance I believe it would be very unlikely that we would back date any charges, if this is what you are worried about. So that I can speak to you to discuss the account and the transfer please send an email to customer.services@orange.co.uk, including your personal contact details and username from this site.
