Hi,

Hoping someone can help me out here. I recently received an email from Orange on 29th April regarding changes to my current second line call charges coming into effect from 1st June 2009.

I am on the original Orange Broadband Unlimited service which I signed
up for about 2 years ago. I would like to know that my free Talk
service to 100 international destinations will not be affected as I make
frequent calls to Hong Kong and China. Can anyone confirm this? I have emailed Orange but all they asked me to do is look at the price list.

I find these can be difficult to decipher for the older packages.

Page 6 includes

Quote:

Inclusive international destinations - inclusive with Orange Second line service

Then breaks it down into the current packages and

Quote:

Inclusive to the Orange Unlimited service ONLY

Which I understand is what you are on.

As I understand it, you should still get your free inclusive calls to the destinations listed.

To make sure, I would check your bill after the changes come into effect to be certain.
