I had a text message sent to my mobile phone today asking me to turn off my phone to update my services. Once I turned my phone back on all my calls were barred
When I called Orange later that day they told me they had information that I had died and they had canceled my contract.
I know have to wait until Monday (2days) to prove whether I'm alive or not.
I know it's Friday 13th but this is beyond a joke.

Although I asked you nicely, to my knowedge, there have been no resolutions posted to the problems that you have invited yourself into.
This of course may indicate that you have been unable to provide a solution but that should be posted.....nobody can solve every problem
Admin will probably agree with me that this is an open forum where problems and their solutions benefit all members and it is essential that this is perpetuated. I know you mentioned DPA but solutions to individual problems can still maintain anonymity.
Totally agree - we will of course post answers and solutions on the site where we can, but customer privacy will come first.
We've only just started helping out on orangeproblems, but we can assure you we have helped customers on other websites. It may take time, but we are here to add value where we can.
