Orange do not have a contact line that costs £5 per minute. Why not send an email to
customer-service@uk.orange.com
enclosing your full name, address, telephone number that use to connect to the internet and username. They should then be able to look into your billing and explain why the free months haven't been applied. It may be that they were requested after your billing date.
