Unhappy with Orange? Voice your opinions to someone who will listen. After years of Orange failures I have decided to write a complaint to ISPA and OFCOM. Please leave any comments you have or unpleasant experiences to help back up my claims about Orange's unprofessionalism.
People posting on here have already had it to the back teeth with Orange. I think it would be better for you to get your information yourself from the posts on the site.
I certainly hope you have followed the internal complaints structure of Orange if you are to write to the ISPA or OFCOM, otherwise you'll be yelling at deaf ears
The internal complaints structure of Orange is about as effective as deaf ears.
They don't have a structure only a policy to rob customers and not provide.
If that was the case that they 'rob' customers then they would be hauled infront of several courts and most of their CEO's behind bars.
Please, if you are going to give input, make it factual and useful to the OP.
If you want my advice do as follows:-
1 - Speak to cancellations (customer care team)
2 - Ask to make a complaint (you should get passed to a team known as Escalations)
3 - Follow it through until it reaches an agreement with yourself and Orange, if it doesn't you can then request your conversations in writing and take it to OFCOM / ISPA
It is factual that they rob.
It is criminal that they get away with it.
They take money from millions of customers whilst providing a disgrace of a service at best without caring at all.
This is know as robbing as they take money without providing in return.

May i laugh or is that seen as unappreciated?
They might have lost a few hundred thousand customers to poor service, cheaper deals elsewhere, slamming etc. but there are plenty of Orange customers who are happy with their service.
If they didn't provide then they wouldn't be an ISP would they? You know what it stands for yeah? Check it out on Google, fascinating website, links you all sorts of things, especially things you don't know anything about

You need to think about what you are attempting to say here as you are confusing yourself young boy.
The ones they provide to are not being robbed.
The ones that don't get anything but excuses are being robbed.
Oh where shall we start here then? Let's have a look...

How does one know i am a boy, young and confusing myself? I hope you are not making assumptions as that would be a travesty that would break my heart. Having a discussion with someone that has to insult in order to achieve
No doubt you are an ex customer of Orange, Wanadoo, Freeserve etc. but your statements are both false and laughable.
You see, ignorant people believe that companies who fail in their providing of their services, whatever they may be, are robbing customers. Funny thing is, within almost all terms and conditions of ISP's is a small clause that states should the company fail to deliver a service within acceptable guidelines (enforced by OFCOM) they will compensate for such. They won't give you loss of earnings unless you have business broadband, they won't pay bank charges as it is a customer's own stupid fault for not checking direct debits or going into a branch to pay bills instead of over the internet.

Are you sure it is me who is confused and not yourself? Read carefully...

That little statement to me comes across as though they are providing a disgrace of a service to every customer. Therefore not providing a satisfactory service to any customer, therefore in your eyes they are robbing off all their customers.
Thus to my next point, the great old acronym of ISP (Internet Service Provider). If they robbed off all 1.2 million customers (rough estimate of Orange broadband customers) then they would be shutdown as an ISP, thus there wouldn't really be the P in ISP.
Now, onto the English language...
The definitions of rob as you so eloquently put it...
to take something from (someone) by unlawful force or threat of violence; steal from
Unlawful, violence...i smell prison coming, so they don't do that.
to deprive (someone) of some right or something legally due
OFCOM guidelines state 30 days, please show me factual proof (not just a moaning Minnie) of a case that has in fact broken the OFCOM rules and not reached a conclusion of satisfactory nature (ie: Orange refunding downtime, cancelling contract, giving a gesture of goodwill).
That would imply they do it on purpose and even you should know, no ISP has control of doing such things as the entire ADSL broadband infrastructure is controlled and maintained fully by BT Openreach and BT Wholesale, even under full LLU control, all an ISP can do is block the ADSL authentication by closing or suspending an account.
The other definitions are not applicable, therefore the simple fact is they do not rob, they have just on occasions failed to deliver their service adequately, and they are not breaking laws or doing it on purpose like someone throwing a brick through a shop window. I strongly suggest you use more appropriate language next time to voice your obvious narrow minded view of Orange.
I believe in footballing terms, i just scored a hat trick past you. Go chase yourself, you've been tangoed.
