Back on broadband at last thanks to BT! Not so naive as to think there will be no problems here but at least they can't blame someone else (eg BT) for everything like Orange tried to! Obnoxious customer support guy did us a favour when he made me demand instant cancellation - Orange do actually seem to have cleared our line very quickly and so we've got new service quicker than we would have done with MAC. Feel absurdly pleased to be able to offer SOME kind of praise to Orange!
Still waiting for returns pouch for livebox - surprise, surprise - I am so NOT going to 'phone them.
Will still come on to offer moral support to those of you brave enough to stick with Orange, though - who knows, maybe they will get it sorted - just hope that it's not too late to save people's jobs.
