Please confirm which Internet browser you are using(Internet Explorer or
Firefox) for accessing your websites.

Reset Internet Explorer, please follow the link below:
Run a ping test to see if you need to re-install TCP/IP
Please follow the steps below to perform a ping test
1) click Start, choose Run , type command , click ok.
2) A window will pop up .
3) type ping 127.0.0.1 .
The results should be Sent = 4 Received = 4
This is because a ping test is successful and the four data packets
are sent to a server which then sends them back to the originating
computer.
4) type ping and the website address like ping such as
http://www.capitalone.co.uk
and if the results are Sent = 4 Received = then there is no issue with
the server.
If the results are other than Sent = 4 and Received = 4 then we request
you to follow the link given below and reset your TCP/IP
You can also try a different PC and check if you are access the website.
