<Livebox Issues? ~ Problem connecting second wireless laptop to Livebox

I have been connecting wirelessly to Livebox from my laptop for about 18 months with no problems.
I've just bought a laptop for my son and I want to enable it to access the Livebox when he's home - again via wireless connection.
His laptop finds the livebox but won't let me connect when I enter the security key.
Does anyone have a solution for thsi problem?
I also have the exact same problem, and i cant connect any consoles to it either. Havent tried Thomas' suggestion yet, not sure what pairing mode is, but any more suggestions would also be appreciated. I really want to play online! :p
You need to push one of the buttons on the livebox so it enters paring mode for 10 minutes. Only during this 10 minutes you are able to connect to the livebox for the first time.
