I'm going to be leaving Orange soon for pastures new (yay!). I have a question about my emails though.
I normally access my emails through Outlook Express. I never sign into Orange email on the website. When I leave Orange and go to my new provider will I still be able to access any emails which are sent to my current fsnet.co.uk address through Outlook Express or will Orange close that address down once I cancel my account with them?
I don't mind changing my address with every site I'm a member of, but if I can avoid it then that would be great.
Your POP3 account for collecting email will still remain account as you'll become a PAYG customer (I still collect mine and it's still live). You will need to change your outgoing SMTP server for sending mails though
You may want to consider getting yourself a domain name/email address. That way, if you have to change ISPs in the future, you don't have to worry about losing your email address

Sweeperdog, thanks for the reply.
How much is this PAYG and is there any way to opt out of it? I suspect it's just a case of not dialing up to the PAYG service, but it can't be that easy, can it?
The PAYG account is free. You keep the account open by dialling in on an 0845 number something like every 9 months. There is a way of doing this online, but I'm not too sure of the procedure for that, Sorry

If you're a Dial-up Pay As You Go customer and haven't used your account to dial up in the last 90 days, your account will be suspended and you will no longer be able to connect.
If this has happened, it's possible to reactivate your Dial-up Pay As You Go account up to 260 days from when you last dialled in. To do this, simply click on the retrieve or restore account button below.
Alternatively, if you can't get online to do this, call customer support on 0844 412 2202. (Lines are open from 8am-10pm, 7 days a week and calls are charged at national rate).
Note: These instructions only apply to Dial-up Pay As You Go accounts. Dial-up Any Time accounts do not suspend through non-use.
Click the button to reactivate a suspended Dial-up Pay As You Go account.
