I have some trouble with the installation cd on my very new imac. The cd shows up on the desktop as a normal cd, when i activate it, it carries icons that cant be opened. when trying to open i get this message; 'there is no default application specified to open the document' or ' these files may not be compatible or destroyed'
ive tried what Mike666 suggested, but this does not work and ive tried other things. Also i live in france, but this shouldent really make much of a difference?
Have you tried going to the Orange Home page and clicking on help and support
In the box that asks for question type in kb14083 and follow the instructions to set up your livebox to make a wired connection.
After you've done that, navigate to help and support again and type in kb14077 and follow the instructions to connect your MAC to a Livebox using an AirPort card

hi, thanks for your reply. The problem is that i cant get further then putting in the link in the browser, it cant find the server. ive tried it both in safari and firefox. perhaps the link has expired, i dont know. Do you know any other ways around this?
At the moment im stealing my neighbors internet and it only works on the balcony! :-)
