Hi
there is one particular e-mail address that cant receive e-mails from me. I get the following message bounced back after about 3 days:
'this is the SMTP Server program at host me.freeserve.com.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.
For further assistance, please send mail to <postmaster>
If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.
The SMTP Server program
<kra@xxx.com.hk>: connect to mail16.messagelabs.com[64.124.170.131]:
Connection refused'
<sim@xxx.com.hk>: connect to mail16.messagelabs.com[64.124.170.131]:
Connection refused'
other people CCd into the same mail get it fine and i can send mail to the same address from another e-mail account.
is it a wanadoo / orange problem with their server being blocked?
anyone got any suggestions?
read the forum about using another SMTP (and not being able to!) changed to smtp.orange from smtp.wanadoo but hasnt helped
From the looks of that the messagelabs server the email is trying to go through is simply refusing the connection, probably has the Orange servers blacklisted for some reason.
