I have unfortunately had an Orange Broadband / Home Phone account since August 2007.
In that time technically, all has been fine with the exception of being cut off every month for non-payment of account.
The current outstanding bill is sitting at £265.00 and not been paid since february, according to THEIR records.
However my bank show that all of the payments have been taken "by them" every month.
After numerous calls to Orange it transpires that the payments all went into an Orange Mobile account.
I have never owned or desired to own an Orange Mobile.
So I have £266 sitting in an Orange mobile account, so I asked for it to be transferred to my Broadband account. Lo and behold they cannot do this and must issue a refund which I can then use to pay the broadband account.
Whilst waiting for this refund: 1.5 weeks and counting, they have cut me off again for non-payment.
Im thinking of paying nothing and seeing them in court.
