Hey, im new to here hope that ive got the right forum

The other week i was at a mates house connected to his network so i could have internet and it all worked fine.. i got home and my ports no longer forward none of them for utorrent or company of heroes now as far as i can tell nothing on my router has changed and i recently did a reinstall and replaced some components so it cant be my computer

ive set up a static IP believe ive done it correct i can provicde screenshots and forwarded the ports to that IP so i really cant work out what it is

I never ever used a Livebox when i was with Orange, so im sure one of the other regulars will help as far as thats concerned when they see your post.

Going by your first post am i right in saying that it was working ok before you went to your mates and connected to his network?

If so did you just add another network to your computer to connect or did you just edit your network settings on your pc to connect to his?

i did a new install if i remember correct so i didnt have to change anything BUT ive done another since so im like 90% sure its not my computer but my router

Have you got a spare router or anyone that has to try? preferably not a Livebox.

Did you have a problem before this with the connection at your home and that's why you went to your mate's house ?

noo i was just going around to his house for abit of a playaround with my rig i was having some overheating problems ports openend completly fine before then but i dont see how it can be my pc which is the most baffling part because ive done 2installs since and some new hardware including motherboard
