<Livebox Issues? ~ Just reinstalled Windows now installation CD won't work.Help

I had several blue screens of death on my PC so decided to reinstall windows. No problem with that and have completed all the updates including SP3 and am now getting this error message when I insert the disk. I can still surf the net but cannot install their software.Any help would be most appreciated.
"This application is not designed to run on your operating system. To run this installer you will need Windows 2000 SP3 or Windows XPSP1+. Please contact your new router and open web browser,you will be prompted for your internet details"

What software can't you install...???
If you're talking about the livebox cd, don't bother to install that, just go into the config. page (http://192.168.1.1) and make any router changes from there.
