We've been with Orange for a while, first joined with Wanadoo. Currently we have the higher (forgotten the name) package with a Livebox. It was mostly OK up until now, we haven't got a very good speed on any broadband service where we are, but that's life.
But today I've just noticed that I can't download anything at a speed any higher then 15Kbps, with is absurdly slow. I left a 700MB file downloading for six hours before coming home and seeing it was only on 39% and going at an average speed of 9Kbps.
Is there anything I can try to get my Internet back up to running how it used to before I send Orange an unpleasant message?
I have the same problem and first joined when it was freeserve, I live in East Yorkshire and for the past two months I can't get a faster download speed than 15kbps. No Matter what comuter I use at home the speed is always 15.1kbps and never changes.
Nothing has changed on my system, and I know for a fact that I have not exceeded my monthly limit. It just seemed to stop one day and never started again.
They have also deleted my email account so I can no longer acces it which is just plain wrong in my eyes.
Anybody got any ideas other than going with somebody else!!
