I seem to recall finding a web page with cost details of the different phone number prefixes both on the main line and the LiveBox 2nd. line. Can anyone help and guide me in the right direction please?

You don't state which package you're on; if you're on the old Unlimited package then the prices will be different to those I've linked here (which are for the Home Max package).

Thank you very much. It is the Home Max package that I am interested in. I often telephone Screwfix Direct but when I dial the 0500 number a message states that the number does not exist!
I am now doing battle with Orange.
