Having a lot of issues loading websites, quite often I get told that my browser could not access the website, but yet I can still use MSN Messenger with no problems.

ANNOYING!
Same here mate, and a friend of mine with Orange is getting issues too.
I finally managed to get my e-mails through outlook, and msn is working but I can't access any mails through it. Websites are being pig slow and unresponsive.
Started doing it around 7-half 7 or so but it did this same thing last week, all I can say is thank god I got my MAC code earlier and can get the hell away from Orange...
Sorry to hear that, I'm so miffed at how I can be connected to MSN, come on to OrangeProblems.co.uk and yet not be able to access Hotmail easily or other websites.
My conclusion is that sites like Hotmail are a lot more image-heavy or something but regardless a connection should just work. Orange is the most infuriating company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I really do need to look in to getting on to a better Internet connection. Hopefully that will answer my problems.
I get to the point where I think it must be my Computer or my Anti-Virus software.... This crappy service makes me so paranoid...
Looks like I'll be pulling out some of the offline games I've got...
Yeah it's a total bummer to hear that there are issues, but as I said in the other thread at least they're acknowledging them... That's REALLY rare for Orange. I always feel the errors are on their end but rather than confess they tell me "Oh no it must be your settings, did they change since the past year they've been the same?"

That sounds quite typical of a support answer. I'm in a similar position at work (it's not my main job thank god, but I have enough exposure to have an attitude about it) and go on the assumption that users to tinker from time to time, and you have to go over things from scratch just to be sure things are as they should be.

This problem started at the weekend and then again last night for around four hours, then again this morning. I can't get onto any websites, e-mails work intermittently. (I am using the Wonderful Waitrose at the moment). I notice the message regarding their servers says that they are getting a lot of phone calls, so perhaps they may realise there is a problem. If Waitrose have a problem they actually warn you in advance and apologise, I suppose if Orange did that we would be inundated with e-mails!!!
