2 weeks ago i was told that Orange had upgraded speeds - however it appears that what they did was upgrade line to LLU. Possibly that means the same thing. We are only on half a meg band width anyway here.
Since then, anyway, I have had no connection. Signal is good but there is an alternating rapid flash on @ light which indicates it is the 'line'. Engineers have been working on it for 2 weeks now. Is this normal following unsolicited upgrades? And when do you decide that the engineers can't fix it?! 2 weeks work sounds like it should have been enough! Or is it possible that they aren't actually doing anything? What is it they actually have to do?
