My internet will constant keep crashing and reconnecting itself, I'm on a wired connection (was actually moving to wireless today). Sometimes it will take 15 minutes to connect sometimes it will reconnect right away we're trying to figure out if it's a problem at my end or is it Orange?
It also sends more packets than it receives, I'm not sure if it's good or bad but here's a screenie:

ORANGE RANDOM DISCONNECTION
Ensure there is a filter on all sockets.
Ensure that all filters are good quality and in good condition.
Try with only the livebox connected to the phone line (the Livebox does not need to go through a filter and can be plugged straight into the phone line) - disconnect everything, Sky, telephones, faxes, modems etc.
Another reason:
ADSL is subject to potential interference from AM radio and other electrical sources (e.g. low voltage lights, thermostats, dehumidifiers, heating pumps and speakers) can also cause impulse interference that affects stability. This is a reason why the modem will disconnect and re-negotiate a speed that can be sustained, and is less susceptible to the interference. Time of day is a big factor in the reliability, since during the hours of darkness the interference can often be worse. As the nights draw in, people who have had lines that were stable for 6 months may find things become more unreliable
