I phoned Orange up and they said that I should be getting 8mb.
IM getting really angry now. Becuase i have never got over 4mb. And now it's just a really slow speed.
Can anyone help.
THe speed is the same on all 3 of my computers so i dont think that it is the computer fault.
This website isn't working.
I enter my phone number and click go, sometimes it tells me there is an error. But most of the time it just sticks on the same screen saying:
Checking User Details your details will be verified after clicking on GO button.
And stays there forever.
I dont really want to call Orange again because they dont help at all.
It's likely a profile problem, which that speedtest will help identify. Just try it again, a few times if needed as sometimes the site can be pretty busy.

Because interleave is on it probably means instability on the connection has occurred recently. Keep running the BT speedtester once a day and I reckon it will improve during next week.
