<Livebox Issues? ~ diverting calls from livebox 0845 No to mobile

I tried to divert the calls from the 0845 number you get with the livebox, using the same code as BT ie *21*number required# The message says that it has worked but it has not, how do i cancel the divert as its not the same as the BT code. many thanks for any help.
