I originally signed to Freeserve who were bought out by Wanadoo and now Orange.
I recently got a data card (From Orange) I could get on internet but couldn't access my E-mails. I rang 150, then 153 then 149 then....on and on and on..
The upshot? Now, not only can I not access my e-mails with my data card but now cannot access them from my home pc (Virgin broadband).
Am I alone in finding it impossible to find anyone who can help me at Orange? Indeed anyone who does not want to pass the buck...'Ah well if you can access the internet that's all we promised when we signed you up for your 12 month £25 per month data card!' '...But I can't get my e-mails which was the whole point of me getting the data card' 'Hmm not my division try 149!' But that costs 50p a minute!' 'Ask them to ring you back!'.....Oh Sure!' On and on and on and on........Any suggestions?
