hi i just upgraded to broadband plus from the first ever broadband package wanadoo offered. Can you tell me do i pay 17.99 a month or do i have to pay an extra 4.00 a month as well. I cant get a e-mail to your support team they dont reply.

If you changed to Plus then the W&T cost of £4 a month you'd pay on the old packages is included so all you should be paying is £17.99
