I would Elhana, but I've already squandered a fortune on their national rate broadband assistance phone lines. During which I had at least Three phone numbers quoted to me, two of which turned out to be the same one!
Maybe not a good idea it may or may not work as any information give out must go through the DPA Validation process, its quite hard to validate a customer over an email, someone else could be using the email account and if information was give then that is Breach of DPA.

Call charges can be refunded, just send an intemised bill to customer care address, almost every broadband company has either a premium rate or national rate tech support number.
I would advise ring cmr support, and ask them it will take you what a maxium of 3-4 minutes not that long and will cost around 6-10p per minute so what 30-40p at most for the call?
If not you could always try emailing them, you may or may not get it answered this way
hence why i said "almost". And most of the time they are based abroad.
