I have been having various problems with Orange and have been running speedtests now and again as well as checking the ADSL configurataion. The problems are taking up to 30 minutes to connect, slow speeds and home telephones not ringing properly.
I ran Three tests yestersay using speedtester.BT.com and was hoping someone could tell me how bad these are ? The configuration is also shown

After contacting Orange many times they got BT to check the line. The result per BT was that nothing was wrong with the broadband line. The Orange technical team still try to say this is not the case when asking about flashing lights.
Will the ISPA take any interest in these speed tests ?
