Hi,

been with Orange for years since Freeserve days.

Have an Orange phone account too.

If I cancelled my Broadband to move to 'Sky' for instance, could I keep my fsnet.co.uk email address? (I would still be an Orange customer for mobile phone)

Understand "access" is seen as a dialup connection to the account, not simply accessing the email account itself. You can just reactivate it through the website every 219 days so, so it doesn't expire.

If you cancel ur broadband account is closed ur fsnet email address will close 90 days from the date of closure

I left Orange broadband in AUgust 2006 and can still access my .freeserve.co.uk email address on their servers.
I've only logged into it about 3 times since leaving so it's far from regular.
