Eve, see my other thread. I have had similar problems to you. I have done nothing, yet magically all is well again. After over a week of hell, my emails are now flying again. Hopefully the same will happen to you. I received an email from Orange yesterday insisting that there is not, and never has been any problems with their servers, and that I should reinstall outlook express. I ignored this advice, and magically everything is now back to normal. I am certain now, that there was a problem at their end, or at the exchange. Whatever it was, a little communication from them, rather than denying that the problem is with them and that it must be with my pc. For a company whose business is communications, they are not very good at it. A simple message saying that they had a problem and are dealing with it would suffice and would help smooth customer relations. Instead they blame everyone else, and then claim that one of their many suggestions about what to change or reinstall must have hit the spot. Eve, do nothing to your pc. I think it will magically fix itself, as mine has done, and Orange are full of *@&*.
Hi yes mine seems a lot better today so i think it is Orange just wish they would admit when their is a problem as it is really annoyimg
thanks again

Eve,
I have had a phone call from Orange today in response to a letter I sent them. They told me that about 50% of their customers are experiencing problems with email at the moment. They have people working on it but they have no idea how long it will take to fix. The message is to be patient and wait for them to resolve it.
