Internal service status lists large scale issues, it's not always instant to update especially when, although this is a problem, it's not something as critical or visible as say a connection outage.
If enough reports have been received then it should have been escalated for investigation but it depends on how the incoming emails/calls about it have been treated. As it's non critical and likely not mentioned all that often it could be overlooked.
Orange promised me a phone callback on Saturday and I never got it.
I have an Orange mobile and I called 150 and asked someone on the salesline if there was anyone outside India I could talk to about this. They said there's 2 call centres - one in India but another in Gateshead and it's pot luck which you get.
So I'm gonna call the tech support number until I hear a Geordie!
I don't pay 0870 rates if I call tech support on my mobile. At least, haven't seen it on the bill.
I complained in writing to Orange and got the same fob off bull***t response, so then I complained to ISPA two weeks ago, (mainly about Orange fobbing me off) and I haven't heard back.
