Today we spoke again with Orange Compliance dept and the last guy was he only one to do things as they should be done - I would emply him any time if I needed help in my business.
1. yesterday he fixed the account with the help of his boss - still debits and no line
2. this morning he had another look and said in the next statement I should own 'zero'
3. line s now on - 16/01/2008 at 10am
4. I am now awaiting for a MAC - yes finally 'trying' to depart
I believe Orange has a few good guys and many emplyees that are there only for the sake of the pay! I mean, many are/sound stressed themselves.
I wonder how many left Orange because they felt to be treating peoplewith no respect at all!
I bet many.
