It took from the beginning of October to fix.
I blame it on the inexperience of some of the members of the so-called Technical Dept in that up till October my package had a speed of 1.0.
I believe that at that time my speed was capped at 1.5 & that Orange neglected to remove it when I upgraded.
Well regrades are supposed to be completely automated by the system. There isn't anyone in a back room who goes and changes the settings on accounts when you regrade to mess it up.
Sometimes speeds can be pretty confusing as there's a number of systems that show what you should be on and sometimes it can be capped in a way that you can't tell by checking the acount detials.
