I should hear back by Monday 7th.
I can and should claim compensation/damages
I should complain to CISAS and requested a claim for me.
Havn't heard back from the cowboys at N'Orange.
No MAC code issued.
No action yet in clearing the line that I instructed by cancelling account last week.

Nothing new there!
Ofcom is just another name to make us believe they are actually doing something to protect us! A bit like ISPA.
Even Watchdog program has become more a show to attack a Company (it makes you tune in!) than actually 'really' doing something.
This is the era we are living in at present - celebrity 'idiotic' time!
