Orange has confirmed to me that i was capped to 500 kbps and my line can take 2 mbps no problem also confirmed by BT engineer that i should have a speed of at least 1.8 mbps for 1 year i have been done over but no more so if you think that your being capped voice up!
Bad Bad Orange i think a letter to OFCOM should be sent too. After Orange told me for months that i have the fastest speed possible and told me i was on IP stream Max but really i was on a Fixed rate 500 kbps.
