Looks down to a IP Profile problem, the livebox resetting sounds like it could be the cause. A couple of drops can reduce the profile if you're unlucky and then continuous resets would make the system think it's unstable and stop it from being raised again.
Ok well you said the livebox is resetting all the time. Exactly what happens to the lights when it does?
The particular sequence will point at either the broadband connection or the box itself. If it's the box call Orange and they should check and replace if needed. If it's the connection then it makes things a bit more complicated, try getting the downstream rate and IP profile from the BT speedtest each time you notice the connection drop like that so we can see how stable it is.
