Like a few of you I have been with Freeserve right the way through to Orange. It has got worse and worse so decided to jump ship. I phoned for a MAC a week last sunday I asked them to post it to me and got it 2 days later . So good for you Orange maybe you are starting to get your act together at last. I decided last night to move to o2 (now Sky) as I have a phone from them and they will do 16mbt speed for a tenner ! Well i got a text of o2 (now Sky) this morning saying my broadband will be up and running on the 28 th November exactly a week since they took my order. ...so hows that ! I am pretty sure o2 (now Sky) are part of Be so looking forward to some speed !! Oh and its unlimited .
Will keep you all posted on how it goes.
As soon as they get themselves in gear, I will be gone too! The customer service at Orange is an outrage. Unfortunately, they are being obtuse about letting us 'go' and this is a drama in itself. As soon as the ties are cut, I am leaving Orange and NEVER using their services again. Ever!

Got a text message at 12.00 today saying my line has been changed to o2 (now Sky). Got home pluged the
box in and bingo ...superfast !!!!Very very impressed with o2 (now Sky)
