What a frustrating 1/2hr on the phone to Sky BB enquiries.

She actually went silent after I'd asked my question .... I thought I'd been cut off, she hoped I had. She 'thinks' I need a MAC and I will be without BB for 'about 14 days'.

I hope to hear from anyone who have done the swop or know anyone who has, phoning Sky gets me no where.

if you have a LLU MAC 20 mins downtime is the norm if all goes ok, go to the Sky forum SkyUser and post you will get a definate answer there.
