Move to Zen, based in Rochdale. Individual tech support -spend time and effort in solving your problems and very knowledgeable. Everything they do is logged and you can see it online at any time.
They make follow up phone calls - most excellent service.
I am on Zen Active 8000 which is £24.99 for 20gb monthly download allowance. However, since I set up a direct debit it seems to have reduced to just over £21 but as I've only made the initial credit card payment I can't swear to that yet!
I did wonder if 20gb would be enough as I use the pc a LOT and I'm nowhere near my limit, however I don't download music or films. There is a customer portal where you can check how much of your download you are using. You can check your account. So far, it's just excellent!
