I have had this problem now for about 2 weeks and i did post a thread for help on this forum and people were very helpful. but i have been on the phone to Orange most of the 2 weeks now and altho its like talking to a brick wall there are a couple of people there who realy want to help.
Well the moral of the story is... I HAVE LEFT THEM ... im now just waiting for my MAC code and im going with AOL as it seemes they have finaly got there act togetha and i get i free laptop so all's good. They are thretening to charge me the 90 od quid for the rest of the contract but as you can see im not getting the speed i was getting the other week which was 5meg and it has steadly got worse as the days progress.
so good luck to all that are still with the scamming demon of which is Orange broadband...
