Just this minute (9:27am, 19th September 2007) recieved the letter. Was dated yesterday, so pretty much confirms they never sent the first letter out (they didn't even send this second one out when requested (saturday, or even the monday), and it arrived the day after it was posted).
Shall be off to PC World this evening to claim the lappy. Huzzah.

Yay! Got the laptop, working well. Got put onto that lame techguys direct debit thing though, shall phone up and cancel.
voucher arrived and when i went to collect laptop spec has gone down from 120 gig to 80gig and ram has gone down from 2 gig to 1 gig. store has said who ever said i could have the higher spec on Orange broadband deal was wrong. even at that i have still been changed £149 and the higher spec is £449. i think they have just off loaded old stock.. anybody one else had a problem
the model is a siemens 1718 which is on the receipt. check it out on the currys website both models have the same number. as i said i think i have being palmed off with old stock
