Hi, I have 2 fsmail accounts, both of which aren't recieving emails from a lot of people (they're being returned to sender). I followed all the steps Orange suggeted which didn't help. One of the email accounts is for a lot of corresondance and is really important, it's also been printed onto 5 thousand postcards, so I can't scrap it altogether yet - so I have been looking into setting up another email account and having the fsmail emails that DO get through forwarded to it for a few months whilst I phase out that address, however I don't seem to be able to forward fsmail to another account. Has anyone got any suggestions as to how to either stop emails that are sent to my fsmail account being returned to the sender, or failing that how to forward fsmail to another account?
