I have been been watching this site for a number of months looking at other peoples problems, I had a steady 6.5 Mb connection, VOIP that worked fine and a livebox that was always working well.
What a change in a few weeks !!! My livebox keeps rebooting every 20 mins or so, connections stalling and a slow 2.7 Mb connection when it decides to work.
Customer services are next to useless, any ideas ??
