best way is to ring during the day. youll get through to an english rep as opposed to the cheesy script reading cheap laboured indian reps.
oh although u get through to an english rep, chances are that they wud also giv u a load of garbage such as "ur line is faulty" or "lets reset ur livebox".

I've rung at various times of the day and always got offshore call centre. You know when it's going to happen as your call is being diverted and you get the international ring tone
Whenever I had problems with my Orange broadband connection I used to nip out to the front of my house to ask the garage door to sort it out for me. I found this solution to be just as effective as talking to Orange Tech Support and I saved a fortune on phone call charges. Get your MAC and get a decent ISP.
