I jumped ship back in May and everything went fine, had a letter from Orange saying sorry I had left and confirming my account closed. They even sent me a cheque for £17.99 as a goodwill gesture.
Now today I get a letter off them saying they are going to close my account because I have not paid and that they will take legal action to recover an outstanding payment of £17.99.
I have just wrote back to them in no uncertain terms with copies of the previous letters sent to me back in May and informing them I will take legal action if they send any more harrasing mail.
The moral of the story for any one that is leaving this so called ISP keep every bit of ducumentaion they send you in relation to you move.
