New here, so please bear with me!
I have been with Orange/Wanadoo/Freeserve for years and never had any problems. Since this speed upgrade a couple of weeks ago, I have found that my broadband connection keeps disconnecting itself, which I understand is a common problem from other postings. However, mine seems to be worst between 2 and 5 pm. What is the likely reason for this? I queried it with Orange via eMail and they said (predictably) that it was my Netgear router at fault. Well, it isnt-checked and rechecked-definitely a line problem.
Anyway, it looks like I will have to phone India tomorrow as it is unbearable to use in the afternoons-any tips on what to say?
(I have no axe to grind at this point, so dont want to leave Orange until they have proven their incompetance to me.)

Hi and thanks for that-it's a little clearer now. How would I go about changing the settings you describe ? (In monkey language please-I am not that technical, but very good at following instructions !!)
