Yep mine seems to be fine now too for the last two weeks (strangely it started to improve on the VERY day that I phoned them for my MAC code!!) I have still been getting the odd lag spike and latency bar going into yellow/red....but it has been very infrequent and doesn't seem to last very long. Mostly my latency is now sitting around 150-200 ms. A vast improvement on a few weeks ago when WoW was virtually unplayable for me except between the hours of midnight and 6 am (the highest latency I had was 11998!).
I did read somewhere (either someone posted it on here or another site) that whatever problems Orange are having were being fixed region to region. So perhaps my region has been fixed. But I am not sure how reliable this information is.
I applied for my MAC code 2 weeks ago and not-surprisingly I haven't recieved it from them yet. However as things seem to have improved with WoW, I haven't been so desperate to leave, especially since Orange have told me that they will charge me a cancellation fee for the remainder of my contract (5 months). However I will definitely be moving away from them when the 5 months is up!

I don't get it. I had no lag whatsoever for the whole of tuesday evning and I also had thought they had fixed it because it was so good, best evening in a month. But Wednesday was once again unplayable with over 1k pings all evening and even now 16:00 I allready have a ping of 800 ms and regular disconnects.
I was thinking that the lag was a cause of alot of people using the service at peak times but after the lagless tuesday evening I am confused as to what the problem is. Unless everyone with Orange didn't use it that evening which can't be true.
Like I said, it's been mostly ok for the last 2 weeks. But for almost a month previous to that it was usually unplayable between 5pm and midnight and mostly all of the weekends.

Well I've been getting the same problem, as well as a few of my friends, that started the same time as everyone else...one moved away from Orange to BT but two of us are still under contract, but it has been 5 days now and my problem appears to have been fixed completely.
I checked with my friend who was still with Orange and he told me his has been fine for the past 5 days too.
So hey even if any of yours is still acting up...it would seem that they are doing something, even if they aren't actually telling anyone about it.
Or, more to the point, what exactly they are doing to re-instate the service performance and why they allowed the failure to happen in the first place.

Tonight it seems to be fine but yesterday I had horrible lag starting early at 16:00 and going on to midnight. Although it was taking half a min to load anything on the explorer aswell so I don't know what they were playing at. As for the day before it was fine untill around 9:00 pm when it started and the day before that was laggy from 18:00 onwards. The day before that it was my first lag free evening for over a month so although it doesn't seem to be totally fixed for me it seems to be a getting better.
I will probably regret saying that in 24 hours though.
ive been away for 10 days and Orange "promised" it would be fixed after 2 days from my last phone call. i gave them this 10 days whilst i was away and guess what!!? exactly the same. GREAT!!!
The only way that the latency problem will ever be fixed is if you migrate.. been away from Orange for about 2 months now (with BT) and my boyfriend, brother and I can all be logged into WoW and still have a green bar!
Don't give up your wow give up Orange you will be amazed at the difference a good isp makes.I play games on my clan server which is in dallas and since moving my ping has dropped by 20.Also i play guild wars and the lag has gone totally the connection indicator is always green very rarely Orange. With Orange it was always Orange or red
